Any modification or cancellation of the reservation must be communicated in writing in advance:
7 days before the reservation: 100% refund
5 days before: 90% refund
3 days before: 50% refund
within the three days prior to the reservation, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.

ii.ii Event cancellation policy
Any modification or cancellation of the reservation must be communicated in writing in advance:
5 days before the reservation: 100% refund
3 days before: 90% refund
2 days before: 50% refund
within the two days prior to the reservation, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.

ii.iii New year's eve cancellation policy
any modification or cancellation of the reservation must be communicated in writing in advance:
15 days before the reservation: 100% refund
5 days before: 50% refund
within the two days prior to the reservation, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.

ii.iv Credit/debit card cancellation policy
Any modification or cancellation of the reservation must be communicated in writing in advance:
7 days before the reservation: no charge
2 days before: €20 per guest
no refunds or exchanges will be issued.
